The Kettering business, located at 5250 Far Hills Avenue, Suite 110, combines therapeutic massage with education and art. Started by Kettering resident Cathy Purk, Art of Health Wellness Studio has been an idea in the making with her 7 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Services offered at Art of Health Wellness Studio will include massage therapy, reflexology, nutrition counseling, and wellness coaching.
Whether a gift or self indulgence, Art of Heath Wellness Studio is perfect for anyone , and will provide couple’s massages, spa parties, and Mommy and Me Tea Time Parties, in addition to special birthday and bridal packages.
Coming from a 15 year background in art, Purk’s other passion is also incorporated into her business. Art of Health Wellness Studio will offer art instruction and demonstration in a variety of applications regularly. Purk believes in today’s fast paced life, it is an art to staying healthy. Classes and workshops will take place with subject relation to health, art and the environment.
Art of Health Wellness Studio is proud to offer a 20% discount to all teachers, police and fire personnel as well as active duty military, something that is very important to Purk. “I greatly appreciate what these brave men and women do for me and my community, and this is my way of giving back” said Purk.
Cathy Purk LMT, NCTMB, CEIM is a State Medical Board of Ohio Licensed Massage Therapist. She is Nationally Certified by the Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork Board. Purk is also a Certified Educator of Infant Massage.
